Woohoo Monday! Lets’s pump it up with tons of motivation and fun. You can do anything! I mean it! I love revisiting some older sets and mixing it with some of the newer ones. It always nice to see things from a different light. I really wanted to combine the Big Top Birthday and the You Can Do Anything sentiment.
I stamped and colored my circus characters in copic markers. I die cut my sentiment three times, ink blending one of the die cuts by using some post its for masking and blending from down up. I wanted my strongman to lift up the sentiment so I placed it right on top of his hands.
As for the overall layout of the card, I blended Black Soot and Weathered Wood distress inks. I cut strips of red striped pattern paper of about 1.5″ for the bottom and to of the card. I wanted fun scalloped pattern, so I die cut 2 thin strips of black card stock, and then die cut it with the Scalloped dies. I adhered these strips with foam tape.
Hope you enjoy’s today’s dose of Neat and Tangled and inspiration!
