Papertrey Ink

PTI Feature: Gran’s Garden

Welcome back! I have one more project to share with you featuring the Papertrey Ink April Release stamp set called Gran’s Garden. The beautiful stamp set was designed by Dawn McVey, and the crisp layering of these flowers make this set absolutely darling.

I decided to make a clean and simple card today with some soft watercolored background, an embossed sentiment from the Pen & Ink stamp set, and a small bouquet from Gran’s Garden in the bottom right.

I stamped my flowers in Lovely Lady and Hibiscus Burst dye inks, and the leaves in Ocean Tides dye ink. The center of the flower was stamped in Honey nut dye ink. This may be my favorite color ink combos for flowers! I love the soft look.

The leaves were adhered directly onto the watercolor paper, but the flowers were adhered with foam tape. This gave it a little dimension, but nothing too elaborate.

Hope you have enjoyed the full week of inspiration posts from the Papertrey Ink April Release products. It’s already time for me to start preppin’ all the May Releases coming up so I’ll be busy!

Cheers,

Supplies
