Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh 4th Birthday Celebration! You may have arrived here from Lisa’s blog, but if not, you can find the full list of the blog hop in the bottom of the post!
It’s so thrilled to be joining PPP is this amazing milestone and really see how far this company has grown over the years. They have been coming out with incredible releases one after another, and they surprise me with cuteness every single time! Congratulations Paulina for your incredible company and wishing you many more years of success!
Without further ado, let us begin (or continue) with the celebration with some projects to share! The first thing I did was to stamp up everything in Milk Chocolate hybrid ink. Not a single image left out! Everything was too cute. I then reached for my copic markers and colored them all up and added some detailing with a white gel pen. Then, I die cut everything out with the coordinating dies.
I really wanted to keep the colorful combos continuing into the background as well so I reached for my Worn Lipstick, Tatterd Rose, and Peacock Feathers distress inks, and blended it around where I planned on positioning my party boys and girls. I also finished it with some Worn Lipstick ink splatter.
From the same set, I stamped the sentiment with Versamark Ink and heat embossed it with white detail embossing powder. For all the images, I adhered them to my background with foam tape.
They are just so adorable and happy! And the lucky birthday girl/boy gets TWO cakes! Haha! It’s like a personal pizza, but personal cake! I made sure to make that double fudge dark chocolate cake, hehe.
Next, I have a card featuring the new Love Shaker Die and this ridiculously adorable Cupid Friends stamp set. This may be my personal favorite on in this release! Their little chubby cheeks are just so adorable. I need me more cupids! I stamped them in Milk Chocolate hybrid ink and colored them with copic markers.
The card looks clean but with the shaker component, there’s a lot going on here! The new Love Shaker Die is absolutely stunning in gold mirror stock, don’t you agree? I blended a piece of white card stock with Worn Lipstick and Antique Linen, and another piece with just Worn Lipstick and its splatter. I die cut the top one with the same shaker die so that I can inlay the gold one for the shaker window. To create my shaker area, I sealed it off with a layer of craft foam. Since I plan to use the new Iridescent Heart Confetti Mix, I didn’t need to make space for a double layer foam, which makes these shaker components my favorite!
After I sealed the layers together and secured my shaker area, I can now finally finish off the card with my little two cupids around the shaker. Hope you love it!
