Welcome back to another day of the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown! Every month it never cease to amaze me how incredibly talented and creative our stamp illustrators are, and oh man, Birdie Brown may have release my new favorite birthday stamp set called BB Birth-Yay!
I picked out this large image with these towering party animals from the set, stamped it in Milk Chocolate hybrid ink and colored it with copic markers. Then, I die cut the image out with the coordinating dies.
I also wanted to use the new Tag Builder Blueprints 7 to back this cute image against a rainbow pattern paper from the Party Patterns Paper Pack. I needed the tag to be a little longer, so I did some partial die cutting to extend the straight portion of the tag.
The tag was ink blended with blues and greens, and splattered for a fun effect. I die cut the banner out of kraft card stock. This banner die is also part of the Tag Builder Blueprints 7. Then, I heat embossed a sentiment from the BB Birth-Yay stamp set in white, following the curvature of the banner.
And finally, I added the tag to the pattern paper over foam tape, and then the image and banner onto the tag over foam tape.
