Hi friends, it’s Keeway! Summer is in full blast, but I’m getting excited for the next holiday, and that’s Halloween! The Little Boo Agenda was such a cute set and got me all inspired to bring out the fall/Halloween themed colors into my scene cards.
I stamped my boos in a black hybrid ink and colored them up with copic markers, then die cut the images with their matching dies. I love how quickly I can color these!
Next is the background. I first die cut a circle out of some masking paper and used the circle mask first, which will be the moon later. I then ink blended the background with Black Soot, Dusty Concord, Victorian Velvet and Dried Marigold distress oxide inks. I splattered it with black and white paint. Next, I removed the circle mask and used the inverse mask to cover up the ink blended panel. I blended into the circle with Hickory Smoke and Black Soot and distressed it with water.
I die cut a thin strip of grass using the Grassy Trio Creative Cuts out of black card stock and adhered it to the bottom of the scene. I added all the various ghosts with foam tape and finished it off with a tiny sentiment ‘BOO!’ stamped in black.
Thanks for joining me today and see you next time!
