We adore all the little agendas and all the standalone frame dies that fit them, so it’s fitting to have a set full to mini sentiments to coordinate with! In the past Mama Elephant had release Mini Everyday Messages, and now we have the perfect to sentiments to go along with our holiday agendas called Mini Merry Messages. They are pretty great for tags too!
I did something a little different here and I used the Mini Merry Messages, Little Penguin Agenda, and Joy Ornaments stamp set to create a stamped pattern background. A little fun fact about me, but I actually really love black and white minimalist wrapping paper. Weird huh? It just looks super clean and trendy to me, and this idea just came to my head when I was creating this card! So you can see a lot of simple black ink stamping here onto white card stock.
Nevertheless I have to add cute factor in here and that’s were my little penguins add the perfect touch. The sentiment and penguins alternate and end up in a diagonal pattern. Wouldn’t this look great for a wrapping paper?!
For just a little extra interest, I added some light black watercolor splatter to it and also grabbed some wooden stars and added it randomly to the background. It gives it just a little rustic touch.
Seriously it’s so cute! I think I need to go back and revisit this design with a few other holiday agendas to create a full set!
