Today we’re highlighting the Mama Elephant stamp set Zodiac Pig, the last set of the zodiac animal series! Did you collect all 12 of them? I love each and every one of these sets, and even more that the accessories that come within these sets are perfectly interchangeable with each other.
Another fun thing about these zodiacs is that because they are so fat and round, they make create replacement for an ‘O’ when spelling words out with the Whimsy Alphas CC. So I wanted to use them to spell out ‘oink oink’. I stamped these pigs in a dark brown hybrid ink and colored them up with copic markers. Then, I used the coordinating CC to die cut each of them out along with their accessories.
Each of the letters were die cut out using the Whimsy Alphas CC, and I die cut it three times and layered them together. The top layer was ink blended with Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose distress oxide inks.
My card layout uses the Peek A Frame Creative Cuts, which gave me the stitched large rectangle and the smaller postage rectangle die cut outs. The background was ink blended with Peacock Feathers, Broken China, and Tattered Rose dsitress oxide inks. I used foam tape throughout the card for a little extra dimension and that completes the card!
