Hello, hello! Today’s the day to celebrate the May release with Mama Elephant! As we can always expect from Mama Elephant, we have a collection of adorable stamps and dies this month and today I will be sharing a project with you featuring Aida Zamora’s newest set called My Pet Puppies.
So many cute dogs in this stamp set and of course I have to love it because I love anything with dogs on them! I stamped seveal images from the stamp set in a dark brown hybrid ink and colored it up with copic markers. I then used the matching Creative Cuts to die cut the images out.
I decided to use this lovely Four Window Cover CC to set up the layout of this card. I just love the size of these windows because they are great space to add lots of color and also have really good potential for mini scenes (*ahem* agendas!!). I will definitely be reaching for this frame frequently as its a great staple!
Behind each window, I ink blended a small piece of white card stock with Broken China and Shaded Lilac distress oxide inks. I love this cool toned ombre look with a gentle splatter for texture. I then die cut the frame out of a soft blue card stock and framed it up.
I used a banner from this Basic Set CC out of blue card stock and heat embossed the sentiment on there in white. I added it to the center with foam tape, and each of the pups in its individual windows with foam tape as well. And that completes the card!
