Today the Mama Elephant team is highlighting the stamp set called My Pet Puppies! This adorable set is illustrated by Aida Zamora, and for all the dog lovers out there, this set is a must-have!
I picked out a few of the puppies to stamp and color with copic markers, and used the coordinating creative cuts to die cut each of the images out.
I used the large scallop rectangle from Frilly Window Frame CC in a light blue card stock for a lacey framed edge. Over it, I added a smaller sized rectangle that was ink blended with Lucky Clover, Broken China, and Old Paper distress oxide inks. On this background, I also heat embossed the large sentiment from Wishing You in white. The second line of the sentiment was heat embossed in white onto the same light blue card stock and trimmed down to a thin strip.
Lastly, I propped up the puppy images on the card with foam tape. I added it all against a white base card, which shows just around the lacey edge for another layer of frame. Clean, simple, and adorable!
