I hope you have been able to enjoy summer thus far even if things are a bit different from what we are used to! Today I will be sharing you some fun, summer inspirations with someĀ sealiously cute stamps from Sunny Studio Stamps!
I want to introduce to you the Sealiously Sweet Stamps from their Summer release! Aren’t these seals just the cutest? I colored everything in this stamp set…everything! I stamped it in a dark brown hybrid ink and colored it with copic markers. I then used the matching Sealiously Sweet Dies to die cut out all the images.
You’ll also find here that I used some additional images from the Tropical Scenes Stamps and as you can expect, it’s great for the setting the stage for these cute seals! I wanted a little island for them to stand on so I picked out just those images to color and die cut. The background was ink blended with distress oxide inks to give it that oceanic feel and die cut with a simple scallop die.
The sentiment in stamped in the top right corner and then I assembled all the seals on and around the island. They are so cute!
The island just wasn’t big enough to fit all of them so I have a few more to use for a second card! This time around, I decided I wanted to go for a fun shaker card and used the Stitched Arch Dies to create the window I need. I used a piece of pattern paper from Subtle Grey Tones 6×6 Paper. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the window.
I created a simple ink blended background and then used iridescent blues, greens, and clear sequins to fill up the shaker area. I used foam tape to behind the frame to enclose my shakers and an acetate sheet to seal off the window.
Now that the shaker is done, I can add my images of the seal and beach ball floating in the water. They just look so happy and peaceful!
I hope enjoy today’s inspiration and hopefully enjoy the warm weather with some outdoor activites. Have a beautiful weekend!
