Happy Fri-YAY! The new Stacey Yaccula collection called A Happy Little Place just dropped over at Purple Onion Designs and its unbelievably adorable! Honestly everything Stacey Yuccula illustrates is so cute so I’m always excited when a new collection is releases. In the days of the pandemic and where we work at home all day every day, spending some time outside is my ‘happy place’. A some of the new stamps in the collection helped me build on that idea!

All images used on my card here is part of the new A Happy Little Place collection For whatever reason I especially loved coloring the trees. All the images were colored with copic markers. I then fussy cut out all the images with my precision scissors. They were easy enough for my to do that so I didn’t bother taking out my Scan n Cut this time.

The grass layers were created using the MFT Slimline Grassy Hills Die-namics (these are my favorite). The layers were also ink blended with Bundled Sage and Rustic Wilderness distress oxide inks. I used these layers to tuck in the landscape background image used in the back. I also ink blended a sky with Faded Jeans and Tattered Rose distress oxide inks. It has a morning feel to it, don’t you agree?

I added all the images and the front layer grass to the card with foam tape for some light dimension. Lastly, I added the sentiment right above the mouse and mounted my panel onto a 3.5″ by 8.5″ slimline folded card.

There are so many more adorable images in the A Happy Little Place collection that you just have to check out so be sure to stop by the Purple Onion Designs store. There’s always a great discount for the full collection bundle, so if you love everything then be sure to take advantage of the great bargain! Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely weekend!
